REFUND POLICY

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return Email theronaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged products If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.

Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
